Hong Kong Companies Registry
The Registry administers and enforces most parts of the Companies Ordinance. It registers local and non-Hong Kong companies and statutory returns, and provides the public with services and facilities for inspecting and obtaining company information kept in the Companies Register.
Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department
The Commissioner of Inland Revenue, who also holds the statutory appointments of Collector of Stamp Revenue and Estate Duty Commissioner, is responsible for the administration of the following Ordinances and the Rules and Regulations made under these Ordinances.
Hong Kong Immigration Department
The Hong Kong Immigration Service is committed to exercising effective immigration control and enforcing the laws.
Hong Kong Judiciary
The Basic Law provides that the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall be vested with independent judicial power, including that of final adjudication. The Judiciary maintains an independent, transparent and effective judicial system which upholds the rule of law and safeguards the rights and freedoms of the individual.
BVI Financial Services Commission
The Commission, since 2002 assumed responsibility for functions previously carried out by the Government through the Financial Services Department. The Commission as financial services regulator is also responsible for promoting public understanding of the financial system and its products, policing the perimeter of regulated activity, reducing financial crime, and preventing market abuse.
Singapore Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority
ACRA is to provide a trusted and vibrant business environment in Singapore. ACRA's role is to achieve synergies between the monitoring of corporate compliance with disclosure requirements and regulation of public accountants performing statutory audit.
